It is the responsibility of the advertiser to carefully check the proof copy. Community Publications Ltd will print as per the proof if no amendments are made. We cannot accept responsibility if we print an error that you have not picked up on the proof copy. Once we send you the proof copy, we will go to print unless you inform us otherwise.

The minimum booking period is 3 months.

Unless otherwise confirmed, positioning within the publication and index entry will be at the publisher’s discretion. Requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Our credit terms are strictly 7 days for new customers from date of invoice, for the first two invoices. Subsequent invoices are due 30 days from invoice for all other customers.

Vat will be applied to all invoices.

Our designed advertisements remain our property and may not be used in other publications without our written prior permission.

All sales agreed over the phone and the information given will provide a legal contract. Each new booking will receive an order confirmation along with a proof prior to print, on a copy approval form. This will confirm price per month, months booked, advert size and copy to be used. The order will commence unless informed otherwise.

Should you wish to cancel you will be given a cancellation number. You should retain this as proof of the cancellation in case of dispute. Due to deadlines all cancelations must be made by giving a minimum of 1 months notice e.g. December’s adverts must be cancelled by 1st November.
